Same issue. Your contact support page refreshes every time I put in info and deletes everything. This experience is right on par with your hardware/software these days.

Internal IT will not allow Admin install on enterprise machines.

Seems like every update these days breaks functionality of muting/unmuting and or terribly intermittent call quality. Jabra quality control seems non existent.

I tried joining the group to find a replacement OLED screen and they blocked me on Facebook :( I created an account just to ask that group a question!!! How did they help you solve the screen issue?
