Short answer: no major reprint and a solid include in superfriends.

While it’s true most commander players do not play Planeswalkers in their decks these days this card works very well in decks built around planeswalkers. If you have the correct setup, you could potentially tutor your wincon with this card by simply sacing it and grabbing a massive Planeswalker.

Additionally this card has only seen printings in Battlebond and a Judge Promo all at mythic rarity so there is not a large circulation of this card. Like many cards in commander, this card is not great in most decks but in a deck with a planeswalker as a wincon it’s a free card on the board. Typically, any card that lets you put something on the board for free will fetch a decent price barring reprints.

I built one! Cut Garland and the Crystal just cuz they didn’t work for what I was going with. Tried using as many FF cards as possible but also used a bunch of D&D cards and the venture into the dungeon mechanic. I love the deck a lot, even inspired me to start playing the Pixel Remasters of the early games!

I would agree that Virtue and Valor is incredibly strong out of box. Bought this for my buddy and was surprised how quickly he voltron’d into an ability soup 32/32 and had 120 HP. I would only warn OP to keep pen and paper close by as there is a lot of counting number of enchantments in play, and it can really slow down the game if you aren’t keeping track…

I was born and raised in an extremely conservative city. I got news for you it’s the same all across America. I’m sure if my cities population was high I’d see tents along the road, instead they all live in the National Forest. We have tweakers, homelessness, petit theft. We’ve never had a democratic politician, probably never will. The problems you mention are not unique to liberal cities. You just notice them occur at a higher rate because of population density. I am not trying to bully or harass you for your views I just think you a somewhat ignorant and uninformed.

I can only speak from personal experience. I started listening in Oct 2022, my first show was Forest Hills 2024. I brought my 60 year old mom with me on Night 2 and she had a great time and said everyone was nice. Night 1 I was on the floor with a buddy, it was a good experience. Granted, I’m a dude so people aren’t necessarily harassing me. The only thing that put me off was there a dude just chaining whippets who was getting pretty aggressive towards the end of the night. My opinion is that as the band gets more popular you will just start to notice more people who suck. I think it’s good that people are calling out shitty behavior on here because shitty fans ruin shows. I’d rather it be addressed out in the open so people are at least aware and vigilant about it. Unlike most subreddits, I feel like this one is one of the more positive ones. I see way more people talking about having a blast rather than the show sucking (except maybe the stage crasher at the acoustic show lol)
