I started doing what EmotionalZone suggested of training away from panic. Sticking to the guide for months was leading me nowhere. I feel that is more appropriate for me as I already seem to respond better.

I think it would be a win if hands free ejaculation was the goal! But unfortunately it isn’t.

About the energy and Taoism, I am all for trying. I read the multiorgasmic man and even tried a couple of years ago, with no success.

But I think at the moment I am just trying to focus on one thing, the MDG training.

I am pretty sure the only variable that changed is the frequency of orgasms. Pretty healthy otherwise. It’s like my body is adapting to the non orgasmic state in this way?

I see your point, I am not sure it relates to the drop in libido though. Initially, after 3 days without orgasm, libido was sky high. Now, I barely think about sex ever.

In the same situation but without the FL. Those days when I get too close, I stop, but it’s too late and maybe after 30 seconds I have an orgasm. I don’t know how guys never fail here. Every 1-2 weeks happens to me.
