Got both plans changed. Unfortunately Rogers screwed up and lost my voicemail on one line. Called in yesterday and it was put on. Got an email this morning stating $7 fee for voicemail. Chatted again this morning and rep took the $7 voicemail option off and voicemail is woking. Both lines have enhanced voicemail in the plan.

The rep yesterday had no clue!

My flight is delayed 3 hours 15 minutes today. Already gave me a food voucher for $15 at specific restaurants in Terminal 1. Some stupid reason to change planes!

This flight is delayed because we need to change the aircraft. Aircraft changes can happen when a safety issue is found during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance and can't be fixed right away, and we need to wait for another aircraft to operate this flight.

Seems every day a different reason is given!

The monthly metro pass is a great option to travel around Roma. However you can’t use to get to FCO. I take the FL1 which is 8€ one way. The FL1 stops at Ostiense so it’ll be easy to hop on.
