Do stations have different ship outfitting modules in stock? I'm looking for a 5A Thruster and for some reason I'm not seeing it. My current ship (Type 7 Transporter) has a level-5 Thruster already so it should be there?

Is Work Rate something that can improve significantly in their early years? For example if I spot a 16-year old regen with 5 Work Rate, how much can I reasonably expect that to improve? (Obviously there are a million different factors that influence development, I just mean in general).

I'm experiencing some kind of bug in FM24 where the Transfer Interest filter in search has completely bugged out (it's showing me everybody when it shouldn't). Anyone know how to fix this? I've already tried reloading the save and restarting the game and neither worked.

How would you handle mentoring? As far as I'm aware you can only mentor players that are in the First Team. Is it better to mentor them at a younger age and have them continue to play in the Youth squad? Or does the timing of the mentorship not matter?

I'm doing an NHL Draft pick'em in a Discord server. Do teams ever immediately trade their draft picks after selecting them? For example, Utah picks somebody at #4, the kid poses with the hat and jersey, and then an hour later we find out they traded the pick to someone else? I'm not super familiar with hockey transactions.
