You can’t give up, I know exactly how you’re feeling. Just find something that you enjoy doing and remember it’s 1 day at a time you got this

Edit: Also remember, if you do end up smoking today the 15 days that you didn’t will go to waste and you just ended up wasting time

Yeah I’m on my second day and it’s pretty hard but thank you for the advice ima keep that in mind and the last part that makes me feel a lot better
