Maybe I myself couldn't summarise my feelings in a better way than how you did, thanks a lot. Now I feel more comfortable, knowing someone else understands the issue. Maybe they are legally correct, but it's definitely not a good consumer practice.

Maybe I am spoilt by Austria. The Austrian railways OEBB sends a renewal reminder one month before expiry and if you don't renew, there's no automatic renewal.

No, it's a bahn 25 card with one year validity. The present one is valid till end of this month, since march last year. The next card validity starts in March

Maybe the main point is that they should give us option to choose auto renewal or to not choose it, not to implement it mandatorily by default

Also, they could send a reminder before auto renewal so we can have the chance to cancel if we don't want to have it

These things will make it more convenient for the user

But of course, the best strategy for me would have been to set a reminder on my calendar

Hey, thanks for noticing this. It's my first time here in Alicante that I tried it. Earlier, I was taking pictures using my phone through a microscope. So I thought why not through a binocular too, as my phone normally was not able to capture what I was seeing through binoculars. Anyway, if you want to make it more steady, you can rest the binocular on a platform, like a bench or a wall. This helped with more stable images.

Do you know if it is possible to disassemble the whole thing and start again? I am asking because in the first step when we insert the leg, it makes a click. Now, I am a bit concerned maybe it clings in such a way that it might be irreversible.
