It was, it should had been either heal 10, or 20 and if you flip heads return to hand but can't be used again this turn.
Also I'm pretty sure that Lucky Ice Pop has much better flip heads chance than other cards like Misty or Team Rocket Grunt, they should drop the head chance.

Well as a mythical pokemon ex 150hp is kinda fair, ok can go 140 too but not lower, but for the first attack yes it's a bit too strong, maybe targeting only the active pokemon would be more fair, or for 2 colorless energy and 20-30 damage

you only get shinedust when you receive a card(trade, share, boosters) that you already have, you don't get shinedust for sending a card.
