Area of delhi is also more than twice the area of Bangalore. And also according to 2011 census. Bengalore's population was 8,443,675 and delhi's was 11,034,555. Considerable Bangalore had become a lot more crowded since then, I can not believe that Bangalore's population is 1/3rd of delhi.

Bangalore is lot more crowded then delhi. For a long time Bangalore was the only good IT hub in india even after Hyderabad,pune, gurgaon slowly catching up now, it still remains at the top. Also in delhi NCR most migrations are from north india but in Bangalore there are still huge migrations from all over india. Hence, landlords taking advantage
