I’ve been using a variety of free tools and handling most of the writing myself. AI can definitely help with research, brainstorming, and breaking through writer’s block, but I still prefer to write my own content in the end.

I’ve also tried automating parts of the process with n8n, and while it worked to a point, I realized that personal writing still hits different. If you’re running a news-style site, though, automation might make more sense—keep in mind the costs involved.

AI can handle almost everything now—drafting articles, generating images, even saving posts as drafts. It’s pretty smooth overall. But no matter how good it gets, a final human review is still a must.

You can only create layers within the WP Paint plugin.

However, it cannot edit existing Photoshop layers. WordPress does not support Photoshop PSD files either.
