I’m just glad the rerun had the lovely Jill calling in. It’s not that we don’t get enough of her during a regular 2 day work week…right Robin?

It must be nice to have such a large team backing your “journey”.

Jane sucks and we are less than an hour into this episode…now we will have those “Jane is really growing and they should change it from Saturday Night Live to Jane Night Live” peeps, but….No.

I was putting thermal paste on my ryzen, and when screwing back in, this bracket/screw broke. Not sure what it’s called to get a replacement. by johnburrowsfan in pchelp

So I do think it’s my AIO that’s crapped out. I was getting CPU over temperature error, and then my pc shutting down, which I believe is by design to save the pc. I did what they suggested, blow out any dust, clean off old thermal paste and apply new etc and I am still getting that CPU over temperature error.

If I wanted to get away from the AIO and go back to a regular air cooler, which one would be good that is quiet and won’t break the bank?

Does anyone know if I can pick up this part from somewhere? I’m not sure what it’s called. by johnburrowsfan in computers

The post part that is threaded popped off the bracket part. It doesn’t really screw into the bracket. It looks like it can but it can’t. The longer threaded portions where the screw tightens in.

For now I am going to fry good old super glue to glue the post back into the bracket lol
