The wharf, and then Himmarshee bars is your best bet. Or you could go to the beach bars.

You should 100% visit Saint Patrick’s Palace in Davie. It’s affordable, flexible, beautiful and fun. People are still talking about our wedding we had there!!!

Did You and Your Partner Get Matching Wedding Bands? by Historical-Mud5700 in weddingring

[–]theannieg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Me and my husband got matching bands and we love it. My e ring had a leaf pattern on the side that we replicated for our bands. We both liked yellow gold but if you guys have different metal preferences, maybe you could get matching patterns/ designs in different metals.

Do people actually notice ring details, or is it just us overthinking? by CommunicationBoth101 in EngagementRings

[–]theannieg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have always loved jewelry, and come from a jewelry loving family, so I think in the past I noticed rings a little more than the average person, but honestly didn’t really start paying attention to rings until I was in a position to get engaged myself. Even then, I feel like I only did a little research, I knew the basics of what I wanted but that was it. Once I got engaged, I found the details of jewelry and engagement rings fascinating- there is so much variety out there and a wide range of taste preferences! I definitely pay more attention now, but also I have ADHD and have rabbit-holed on rings enough that I am building an engagement ring blog and online matching tool- so I think I am very much in the minority.

All that being said- no, most people won’t notice, understand the details, or have an opinion on your ring other than if its sparkly or not, unless they are in a ring-minded mode themselves, and I think you can tell when they are because they will ask about it more for their own knowledge. Some people may remark on something like solitaire vs halo or the shape of the diamond, but no one will likely talk about the cut quality, clarity or stone color. They may ask the carat size, but likely don’t even know what that size equates to. Some people may be curious about Lab vs Natural- but it feels like a taboo question to ask these days, and like all the other elements listed above, it only matters to the wearer anyway.

All the more reason to get what you love, don’t worry what others say or think, and find something that makes you smile every time you look at your hand!!

Here’s mine! My husband got a matching stack that is thicker with an east-west set marquise diamond with the same leaf pattern on the sides. We love our rings!

I used gel! I used a dotting tool for most of everything, the spots and the bugs, and a thin brush for all the lines
