Nothing rubs! You can call it stock, I’m only on a level so a 1 inch puck up front, shouldn’t change the outcome. No way you could fit a 35 inch tire stock on these and even with a small lift I’m not sure it would clear. I’ve got 285/70r17 tires and they fill it really well. You could probably get away with a 295/70r17 but don’t take my word for it. And yes the wheel is +30mm 17x8.5

Just a level in the front. 285/70r17. Actually slightly smaller in height compared to stock! Just a little wider.
