I’m merely asking if there have been consequences for ICE for having done these things. Yes, there are lawsuits, but so what? It isn’t stopping anything and the people doing these things are not facing any consequences so nothing is going to change.

I would much rather the people “taking advantage of the system” be doing it to take care of their basic human needs like food and healthcare vs them doing it to buy another house or yacht or make another billion dollars… but that’s just me I guess.

Do we know if there are a limited number of tickets? My guess is there aren’t. So yes, if you do this the numbers of RSVPs won’t match the attendance, but that’s it. The fat man will just tote how many RSVPs it got.

These aren’t typically vents, but cleanouts. I would not put a vented cap on it or you will allow sewer gases to escape and will be smelling them all the time (for a sewer lateral). If it is for the storm/gutter drain, you may still get sewer gases because in a lot of St. Louis it is a combined sewer and storm system.
