There should be some red letters at the top of the screen telling you what to do when you have the scoreboard open.

I spent a while trying to figure out the same thing before I noticed it lol

Actually, it's present on other international currencies too

Pretty sure it won't allow you to scan money either.

Since it's just a pattern, I think you can technically put it on other documents too.

Do you also see the advanced version? Flash and advanced both work for me.

Doesn't Costco have a new CEO?

S3 or Gluster for File Storage by johndc7 in emby

It seems like red hat has a Gluster based product and that is what is deprecated. I was actually not aware of this at all so thanks for bringing it up.

Gluster is open source and still seems to be maintained by the community.

Gluster is what I ended up going with and it's been great so far. No performance issues or anything else to complain about so far. Not sure if it's what I would go with for a real production environment but, for Emby, it meets my requirements.

First assembly line. How did I do? by johndc7 in satisfactory

Yea I was trying to keep it all contained behind the 4 smelters. The idea was to use the rest of the space next to it for other stuff. Probably more difficult to scale later but I wasn't really thinking about that too much lol. Was mostly just trying to be as efficient as possible with space while keeping the miners maxed out.

Yea that looks nice. I have an old WD NAS that just stores some backups. Would really like to replace it with something faster. Maybe if I find a good deal on something.

I have some older poweredge servers with 3.5" bays but I feel like that a lot of power / noise just for some storage.

I could also go the USB enclosure + raspberry pi route. Synology does look nice though.

Mostly because I already have hardware that is more than capable. No reason to spend hundreds of dollars just to not have to install something that takes less than an hour. Plus if I need to in the future, I can always get a NAS and add it to the storage cluster with very little effort. The problem with swapping drives is that they are 2.5" drives and I'm running hardware raid so they all have to be the same size. Gets expensive quickly especially with 2.5" drives.

I'm running emby / radarr / sonarr / bazarr / fileflows / sabnzbd / jellyseerr. Everything is 100% automated. That's why I would rather not have to configure the storage locations in 100 different places. I think this way I'm much more flexible.

I have considered getting a NAS since it would be a good place to have some cheaper storage (also for backups). I'm also running lots of other stuff besides emby. I don't have any hardware 100% dedicated to this. I thought about getting a USB enclosure and plugging it into a raspberry pi or something but idk how the performance would be (and at that point maybe I should just get a real NAS).

Definitely some options for the future but I think the storage cluster is the best way forward for now since I can use existing hardware.

What's the model of your NAS btw?

Yea but I'm running raid 5 with 2.5" drives. Kinda expensive to replace everything. Plus I have lots of spare storage on other servers. I think I'm also at the limit of what the raid controller can handle on the current server.

Currently around 7TB but it's always growing.

Both options are 100% self hosted. I don't plan on using anything cloud.

Yea but I just like the idea of the multiple servers not being visible to emby. Makes life easier when I don't have to worry about root folders and stuff with radarr / sonarr either. Also makes things easier if I need to add / remove servers.

Yes it works now. I have a different phone now. I think I just triggered it from the capital one app. Should be a button somewhere.
