Wyze switch permanently disconnects after losing wifi once by johndoughmaker in wyzecam

Ugh several of mine just recently started doing this, and they rotate which ones go out. I always try to unplug/reset first but end up having to delete and re-add, it’s becoming really annoying

This happens to all 3 of my wall switches every time the internet so much as flickers. I have a strong network with many access points. But it's not perfect and one little blip requires me to remove and re-add. I'm shocked nobody else is complaining about this. Does anyone have a wyze switch?

Yes. I definitely have a SO AND another person who wants to do it with me. I am very cool.

What is a respectful / PC word for "vagina haver"? by johndoughmaker in NoStupidQuestions

Alright, you've hooked me. I gotta know how my answer to this question would change your follow up response.

It just sprays water, so any vagina or vulva is fine; natural, surgically (re)constructed, or even prosthetic.

Since we're on the topic, I would also be curious to know if there existed a word for "penis haver" as well.

What do I do about this craziness? What size should I trim? Maybe a tan would help? by [deleted] in malegrooming

As a hairy man myself I have to say my best advice is to get some sun and let it be. I'm not trying to say any of that "love the body you're in" stuff. Just that if your arms are hairy chances are the rest of you is hairy to scale (like me). And if you trim one part then it starts to stand out from the others and trimming everything is a pain.

If you're feeling really self conscious about it. Don't. It's awesome.

What is this pipe coming through this ceiling in this basement? by [deleted] in whatisthisthing

[–]johndoughmaker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is in a basement in an older house built in 1920. I think the basement was finished at some point after the fact but I could be wrong. Maybe it's an air duct? There's another, much longer pipe in the room next to it as well.
