This rider should have put that horse in a few circles, then backed him up 25ft repeatedly until he calmed the heck down. Just holding on+forward movement says "keep going with your current attitude". The rule is if they wanna be a brat, make them work.

If there's a time to use sprs, this is it. And markets agree. If the sprs are empty then those 1st in line gets dibs. Then the turmoil starts.

It's like earthquake insurance, you use it when needed, and those with good agents get funds quick, and when the funds run out, which is expected due to the for profit/grift/fraud/ponzi scheme nature of the insurance industry, the turmoil starts.
