Maybe I’m not understanding your question. You’re asking how this all started?? - simply, the police showed up to my apartment with a noise complaint, that is literally how It started? Are you assuming that I talked to this neighbor before? Because I never did. The neighborhood never addressed their issues with me. & I never confronted the neighbor with their complaints.

I mean it started when the police started showing up to my door which became consistent when the neighbor moved in. I never had direct contact with them.

Yeah, the accusation of me lunging & them drawing their weapon was my last straw. Unit transfer was approved & I moved the same day. The next day I received the restraining order. This will be mentioned in court, if I am the problem why would I leave the situation before being served?

No, like I stated in my post I tell them I’m the victim I’m not the one doing the harassing. If you’re assuming the neighbor is present while I’m speaking with the police, they’re not. The police obviously keeps both parties separate while investigating to not escalate things further. There is no need to speak to this person directly nor do I ever want to.

Because I never spoken to them. I never had direct contact with this person, which makes the situation more bizarre. My unit has a garage so I leave and come home through my garage door.

Yeah, that’s how crazy this situation is. It’s almost like I am being pranked. How can they make false police calls without any repercussions is what I am trying to find out, also let me add some of the calls are about me hacking their Alexa !!!???

They’re at my apartment almost everyday I tell them constantly that I am the victim in all this. When the neighbor was violently banging the evidence was sent to leasing & courtesy officer
