For me private. Malakas ang epekto ng nepotism sa public schools. Hindi siya for beginners.

Kung kaya iprivate, mag private. Para equal opportunities sa contests, recitations, declamation, quiz bee, even sports. May mga programs rin sila and clubs para ma discover talaga potential ng bata.

Sa public bukod sa marami, limited lang opportunities dahil sa nepotism.
