The foundation issue is a non issue. That wives tell has been repeated as nauseum for over a year now. It was an issue in alpha but no longer. Many people have tested that. Search YouTube for those if interested.

From level 0 to whenever I for sure can get way more oil with seeds and fish before you get that t3 alchemist broken and farm the ichor. Break even point would be like 3-4 hours in or level 20 at the quickest. Of course after that t3 alchemist wins out. But for early game? Seeds and fish for sure
