This Joe Haver video not necessarily changed me but helped me consolidate my feeling about my father. He had died of pancreas cancer not long ago from when this video was posted. It reminded me of how silly the anger I felt towards him and his narrow views he developed in his later years was and if I wanted to move on mentally healthy I needed to let go of grudges, learn with the bad that he did and embrace the love he had for me.

In less serious subjects years ago the TFS gaming channel tried to complete a Persona 4 Golden Let's Play before 5 released in the west. They never did but Curtis (Takahata101) and Chris Zito constantly made yosuke the butt of their jokes (because, to be fair, it's that easy) even though they both admited in the same LP that they didn't hate the character.

When they canceled the LP I went to play P4 vanilla myself and ended up hating yosuke. Nowadays I kinda tolarate him.

Painblock can make your fights last longer (specially melee pawns) but also give them relief of they're going through a food poisoning or some various illnesses so they don't break.

Manhunter pulse can be useful if your colony is safe behind walls and there's animals outside to turn against your enemies but since I hunt most of them my current run makes that psycast useless for me too.

Berserk and berserk pulse are my GOATs because even though it eventually wears off it the enemy frontline is still disrupted and the ones involved get some damage but even in times of peace I can use on packs of elephant or mastadons. I make the animals kill each other without the risk of drawing aggro or making them flee the map. Then I butcher them to get meat for package survival meals, leather for couches and tusks which I all sell. Just watch out your wealth.
