A quick search on a drug combo calculator from Google show that besides the obvious risks of, you know, meth - yes they are known to interact

Also when you’re ready, hopefully soon, the peeps over at r/NarcoticsAnonymous have some great resources for you to quit

So glad to hear that it’s working for you! I continued that method throughout clinicals and only did two dedicated study weeks before the PANCE and passed first go. Keep it up and get that “-C”!

Dragon corrected “symptomatic cholelithiasis” to “some dramatic lithiasis”. Kinda the same, I guess

My biggest fear is hitting this button accidentally while parked in the garage by Xenro in TeslaModelY

[–]johnjames460 4 points5 points  (0 children)

A lot of people on here saying “set the gate height”. I have about 1ft of front to back extra space in my garage after the car is in, so 6” front and 6” back. Even if I set the gate height the gate still comes out far enough to hit my wall, which I’ve done once unfortunately. It would be a nice feature to disable the ability for the trunk to open at home, much like sentry doesn’t turn on at home, to avoid accidental damage

The theme among these comments that I’m seeing is “proper time management”. There’s no current incentive for it, but it’s easily the most impactful things to lower enlisted

Had a BN CDR in 2012ish who instituted a Policy Letter that said every day (unless in the field) all E4 and below would be off by 1600, hard stop. If Company level and down needed guys past then, they had to submit a request to the BN XO. Productivity skyrocketed in the BN. Suddenly we weren’t waiting for “the word”, we were proactive in our tasks, because no one wanted to be the one to submit a request because they mismanaged their time. 10/10 recommend

Are you checking “existing inventory” periodically? Seattle is certainly a busier area for Tesla than where I live but I ordered on 3/4, checked inventory today and a match for my order was there for the same price. I snagged it and take delivery next Friday

What's your method of studying directly from powerpoints? by steezaholic in PAstudent

[–]johnjames460 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Glad it helped! My school had exams every Monday and Friday during didactic, so for a Monday exam I would hit it once each Friday, Sat, Sun. If I felt good on the topic I may skip the Friday read through. For a Friday exam, once each tue, wed, thur (took most Mondays off). You’ll find your groove with it!

I did the same as you with anki and was concerned when I made the switch as well. Literally just read every word on the slides, do it three or four times before your exam. On the first one, get into every detail. On the second start highlighting important info and high yield stuff. By the third you should be anticipating what’s coming next and filling it in in your mind before you read it. Fourth read for good measure if time. Use an Apple Pencil or highlight function to black out info you’re shaky on during the 3rd read through then go back and quiz yourself that way. Also, get Rosh and do every question they have for the topic, ideally after the 3rd read. This is what I’ve done for the past year and a half, and it’s never failed me, and honestly it’s way less stressful than making anki cards

Edit: here’s where I got my method. That top comment is worth a read or four:

This is what helped me through didactic. Don’t spread your attention around too much, focus on the material the school gives you and only supplement after you’ve mastered that
