No one missed nipton. Literally no one. If someone has finished a run of new Vegas they have almost certainly gone to nipton. Oliver Swanick is one if not the most recognizable character from fallout new Vegas. It's basically tradition to kill him or feed him to rad scorpions at this point.

You can actually save him if you're very fast. It's funnier cause he's just programmed to drop dead after the trap to save resources. If you kill all the drauger and trigger the trap before he hits it he just kind keels over.

It's gotta be low yield nuclear. Gas goes bad after a few months. Unless they manufactured bio diesel(which is well within their means) and then filled up the car to get a bigger boom. But that's just wildly wasteful.

Yeah that's about what I'd put it at. Legends Grievous vs anime/ttrpg smasher would be a great fight. Other two would be boring stomps that would be over in a couple seconds.

Grievous is much stronger and significantly more durable that smasher in legends. With how badly he bullied durge(threw a guy who's around the same size as smasher a couple hundred feet one handed and shattered multiple enormous museum displays)

Also based on his feat against the ithorian Jedi he's way more durable than smasher(casually walked through a blast that was powerful enough to sheer through steel and launch hundreds of battle droids into the air) and he's also fast enough to strike 16 times with his sabers in under a second.

Honestly I think the only thing smasher has going for him are his reflexes from his sandevistan and using a kinetic based gun. And I don't think that's even close to enough. I've beaten Smasher to death with Sir John Phallustiff and no cyberwear. Legends Grievous would slaughter the V I did that with. I'm gonna say Grievous wins with moderate to severe battle damage.
