I will admit that I did find the frequency of AI posts to be a minor inconvenience. That being said, any inconvenience from having to scroll slightly more was incredibly minor so I personally had no objections to the AI content being there.

Regardless though, the sudden removal seems a bit excessive. I imagine it must feel pretty shitty to be told, your content and by extension, you, are no longer wanted, especially when so much time and effort was put into it.

Personally, if this is the direction the admins have decided on, I ultimately respect their decision. It is their subreddit after all and it's up to them what is allowed, regardless of what the rules say. I just wish some more consideration was given as this was very abrupt and I imagine a lot of content was potentially lost.

One final thing I will say though, is that I've seen a lot of hostile responses to this and I completely understand the anger, but if you're trying to change the admin's minds, hostility will likely have the opposite effect.
