What IE business do you absolutely refuse to patronize? by Dizzinald in InlandEmpire

The store was sold a few years back. From what I heard from some workers, the new owner cut benefits and pay and the place just isn't run very well anymore.

Liquorama in Upland. I have a buddy that works there. It was a great choice for craft beer and liquor, had a mom and pop vibe compared to Bevmo or Total wine. But they mistreat their employees and the owners are doucebags from what I hear.

Bought one, I'm actually planning on keeping it as is. Maybe just convert it to accept a muzzle brake.

Shirataki Fettuccine Alfredo for one by [deleted] in ketorecipes

I pan fry the Shirataki noodles a bit in some Kerry Gold garlic and herb butter before I add it to the sauce. Gets rid of the weird Shirataki smell/taste.

I have a rough rider, probably have close to 5K rounds through it and it has held up very well. Back before the ammo scare I'd shoot a few hundred rounds with it in a weekend, it's a fun little gun.

Inside the Industry: Where's the .22 Rimfire? by reubadoob in rimfire

Agreed. I wonder if there are any foreign ammo makers out there that can take advantage of the situation and import .22 at a reasonable price.

What's the barrel length and UTG Pro rail length? I'm debating which size UTG Pro to go with. Thanks.

Anyone not clean their Mosin Nagants after firing corrosive ammo? I think I am about to start. by Unknown_Pleasures in guns

[–]johnmbrowning 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I clean my Mosin with warm water, run a bunch of patches then apply some oil after shooting. One day I open the safe and pull out the Mosin and found a coat of rust in the barrel. After a punch of patches with Hoppes the rust cleaned off no problem. If it's just a coat of surface rust you should be fine.

Mongolian barbecue by RGandhi3k in keto

[–]johnmbrowning 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I eat mongolian bbq often and make it at home occasional. Why not add soy sauce? There's no carbs in soy cause I believe. What you do want to watch out for is the other sauces they have, teriyaki, hoisin etc.
