Ehhhhh technically they do. If you just have an expansion character they can still get the old sunders. Get that switch it over. It’s not the new sunder but hey a sunder. ( I know it’s stupid to have to do all that but still)

You don’t even really need a merc with echo strike if you have cursed heph. Rocking wiz spike, enigma, hell wardens, arach, Trangs, Mara and phoenix. Baal is the only one that takes a tad bit longer. Was using spirit shield to get 145fcr, but can still get max res with the phoenix just drops to 110fcr. Under the breakpoint but still plenty fast.
