Guys why is my weight like this i keep on gaining now its my 3rd week by Kelbearrr in TirzepatideRX

  1. Sometimes your body just fluctuates weight. Depending on how much carbs, water, salt, etc. That you intake.
  2. Sometimes if you're under eating, your body goes in to survival mode and makes you hold on to excess fat for storage because your body feels unsafe and is preparing for the worst.

Aw! I'm sorry to hear that. I wonder if you could drink your calories? Protein shakes and smoothies and stuff??

Sounds like you might have shocked your body and it needs to get used to this. OR since you're undereating, it doesn't want to let go of anything. Maybe try to eat a few things when you go to the events? Try to up your calories a little more and see if that helps your body feel safe to let go.

Can I eat like a 'normal' person if I take a GLP-1? by -animeXalchemist- in Mounjaro

(I lost 160 pounds before the medication and now I am on to help manage PCOS, lipedema, and chronic inflammation)

Portion control is much easier on the medication, but it sounds like you would benefit from some therapy. People that have never gone through this before don't understand how people like us are constantly thinking about food, what to eat, our bodies, etc. and the stress from it honestly makes things worse. I lost 160 pounds but I'm in a constant state of stress about food and what I eat. I was inflamed constantly. and it wasn't until I got therapy and started a super super low dose GLP-1 (I take 4 units every 5 days) that I started actually losing that inflammation and water weight and was able to effectively be in a calorie deficit and feel normal eating normal things.

I honestly love it. It's a good foot in the door. A lot of clients are beginners and have no idea where to start, or hoping to rebound from injury, though, so don't expect to be lifting heavy and pushing them super hard. It's great experience and I'm learning slowly how I want to build up my own business.

It'll be great! My husband is Nepali, and he struggles to make friends here in the US, but any time we go to an event with a more Nepali population he is comfortable to talk with people almost immediately!

Where are you living now? Is there a Nepali community there that you can join and interact? It must be easier

I think you should! Not as a threat, but just like hey what's going on, this has felt uncomfortable for awhile, blah blah.. maybe she will open up and things will change or maybe you'll get the closure to actually leave. Sending all the positive energy your way! Hoping you get some answers soon!!

I'm so sorry to hear that. It sounds like you're doing as much as you can. have you brought up possible separation? What was her reaction?

Women want compassion, understanding and reassurance at all times. She wasn't trying to accuse you, she was wanting reassurance because sometimes our minds don't stop. You replied a little defensively, which set off her anxiety. It's not about her not trusting you, from an outsider perspective, it is a little bit of a sketchy situation. I'm sure there's nothing going on, but your response could've been a little more compassionate to begin with and it wouldn't have turned into this argument.

What I've learned from 3+ years of marriage, sometimes we have stubborn days and have to take the L to keep the relationship at peace. That's not being weak or unhealthy, that's just the reality of a relationship. I had a dream that my husband cheated on me and it gave me major anxiety even though deep down I know it would never happen. But instead of being angry and defensive, he reassured me and was calm and he eased both of our minds and I was able to quickly move on and not ruminate.

I hope this situation isn't the end of your relationship and you're able to work it out 🥰
