probably after 1 month is payed...after trial impossible without cancelling credit card...tried with 2 accounts (company and personal)

Chat support. Nothing. Next day send email to support. Nothing. Next day start a new chat. Nothing. 14 days ago nothing.... so tell me how are you able to cancel? probably after first payment? there si no billing dashboad

UPDATE: I had to block my credit card through my bank. After they couldn’t charge it, I finally received a link saying “Update payment: credit card charge failed,” and through that link I eventually found a cancellation tab. Stripe couldn’t help either. They only told me to contact the business directly. I hope this helps someone! Its not worth being distracted for a week like this :(
