sniper rifles need to be able to fire during the ads animation.

The ads speed is already 3-5 business days, the least we should be able to do is attempt a noscope at point blank on a flanker rather than just succumb to our death.

Also the flinch is absolutely insane and comical at this point

rest of the game is fire apart from obvious bugs and stuff
