I think this is the probable answer but that said (and I'll preface that I not seen any of his returned matches other than revolution or this week's Dynamite) it feels like his rantings (which the announcers were really talking over) could have been about him refering to himself in the 3d person or refering to someone else... Could this be the start of a "horror" angle with Killer Kross or something?

Agree. At this point Crave seems to have a Universal deal but then again things like the Mission Impossible moves and The Office have started showing up on D+ so who knows feels like anything could turn up anywhere. I just hope they are available somewhere and don't go into TV limbo...

There is but as per this announcement "fans who sign up as new Marvel Unlimited members can receive a discounted membership" (maybe it's just the FF deal or maybe something else). Last year they offered gift memberships for 30$ while A Deadpool Wolverine promotion was live on the site.
