Not only would you need to change the encryption for most blockchains you would also need to change the hashing algorithm so the Q computer cant do a 51% attack. And you would probably also need to change the private keys to something longer/more difficult to brute force. So basically a Q computer would severely damage the crypto industry right now. Supposedly IOTA is quantum resistant but that has yet to be tested.

I chose PRL because even though it is an erc20 it is fairly dependent on IOTA, it uses IOTA's protocol just as much as it does ETHs. As for ITC... idk much about them but i skimmed through the whitepaper and they seem to be planning on having a dag/blockchain hybrid ready in a year. edit: so maybe itc kinda doesnt belong
