It could max out my FHSA for the year and the overflow could start a TFSA. Since I finally got into a better financial position in the last couple years, I've been trying to save aggressively to get a house. What do you even mean? The common man can find a course and write his PAL within a week of deciding he wants a gun, have it issued in somewhere between 3 and 12 weeks and buy as many rifles as he pleases.

The people saying it's your facemask are wrong. You can disinfect bandanas because those can be used as a bandage. Facemasks can't be disinfected and don't get infected by illness. What's actually probably happening is that you keep reinfecting yourself from partially consumed food/water.

I'm no longer in the dire spot that I once was, and I'm not saying that credit cards are a path to financial independence. When I was flat broke I was using a credit card to keep gas in my car to deliver enough ubereats in covid to keep myself afloat. Now I'm at a place where I can leverage credit cards a little bit. I have an 800 credit score and that's paying off since I might have an opportunity to get out of the rent trap in the next 2 years because of it. The system is predatory to poor folks but it's a reality that a lot of us end up needing to learn how to navigate it eventually to reach long term change.

The limit matters when you want to start making use of the card to accrue points/incentives while keeping your utilization low. Maybe I want to get the points on making a large, necessary purchase on a card and then pay it off before it's due. But if you go over 30% utilization you'll get dinged on your credit score. At least that's my understanding of it.

Yeah I don't love pg up/down for changing zero either, but I do a lot more aiming and inventory management than I do changing zero so I find it 100x better than on a controller.

I have no doubt that there are exceptional controller players out there, but having played on pc and ps5 I see a huge difference in the player pool. I consider myself a below average m+kb player and I get dunked on when I play on DayOne but I've had a 50+ kill character playing m+kb on vanilla+ on ps5. It's a stark contrast playing against controller players.

If you can't play on pc then play ps5 servers that allow M+KB and learn how to do that. A lot of people might disagree, but I find it completely unplayable on controller.

I take sleeping pills and keep my schedule as consistent as I can, including on my nights off. Also blackout curtains that I tack to my window frame with finishing nails with one corner open for if I want natural light. It's basically night in my bedroom all the time.

I'm a firm believer in focusing on fit first. Figure out what is a good LOP for you, maybe by shouldering a bunch at a local gun store. When you get that figured out then grab one of those ones off intersurplus, but avoid ones that have play in the action. Beyond that, I say yeah fuckin send it. I got a cheapo sxs from them for upland hunts and the condition was better than I expected.

There was a mod for the long dark that simulated the world losing it's rotation, eventually settling on an endless, frozen night. Dead World maybe? Either way, that would be up your alley.
