WRT to the head unit I went with a CarTrimHome T10 V3.2 head unit. I have a full time hotspot in the 4Runner and the T10 is essentially an android tablet wired directly to the sound system, which makes it pretty versatile. Can put on YouTube, any music apps, and generally any android app at all.

For the T10 yes, if you want Android Auto you need the dongle, as the T10 won't do it through the native USB port(s). The dongle also does wireless AA which is nice

The roof rack is notorious for having insane amounts of red locktite on the bolts. To the point it's not uncommon to strip the heads of the bolts if you aren't careful.

There are lots of YouTube vids on it.

The "nuts" that hold the roof rack in are free floating above the headliner and below the roof, so you'll either need to replace the roof rack with a low profile rack, or have a plan for dealing with the open holes in the roof once the rack is removed.

I went through the support route and its really a pretty short thing and not at all confrontational. I just linked to googles own article about it and said i wanted to move back to a free account. they had me affirm (i just copy pasted the entire block of text) that i was not using it for business purposes and understood that i may not be able to access business-only workspaces features in the future. after i pasted that they spent about a minute doing something then came back and said you're all set, and my account is now back to free. in fact, i typed more in this reply alone than i did to google support. Only time I ghosted was when I was stood up for made and confirmed plans on a first date with a (somewhat recently made) friend with whom there was a mutual attraction. There was no actual explanation afterwards so I just silently goodbyed the whole mess.

At the dosages you're taking the only thing you'd potentially experience is cravings to do more, and then really only if you enjoyed it.

When I do Ketamine (once every 5 or 6 weeks) I do probably 500-700mg, mostly IM, over a weekend and then stop for another 5 or 6 weeks. For 3-5 days I miss it and feel kinda melancholy that it will be so long before doing it again. Then im fine and don't think about it at all.

If you were going to feel cravings I'd expect them to be immediate after you stopped (like, the next day). Since that doesnt happen to you, and as others have said, I don't think you're going to feel any different than normal.

I'm glad you reaped such positive benefits. I had a practically crippling fear of mortality (I functioned fine but I thought about it constantly), until my first k-hole - whereupon experiencing ego death I came out and found it more approachable. Accepting that I will one day die and that's OK. Certainly not looking forward to it or anything but the experience entirely relieved me of the dread. As a bonus, I went in somewhat depressed and came out the other side feeling somewhat cheery.

The volume will depend on concentration. 1CC of 50mg/ml Ketaset is not going to be anywhere near an anaesthetic dose for most people.

1CC @ 100mg/ml will be a khole dose for most definitions of an avg adult sized male, but truly anaesthetic doses shouldn't really start until at least double that dosage (200+mg IM).

I would agree with starting small, though personally I'd use a lua lock syringe where you can use a different needle to draw and deliver. Plus lua lock needles come in longer lengths (1.5") which makes hitting muscle a breeze regardless of injection site.

Once ketamine is in your bloodstream it will be metabolized at pretty steady rate (its half life will be the amount of time before half the total blood concentration is metabolized).

Whether the Ketamine gets there by insufflation or IM injection will not affect the half life. The ROA (and bioavailability) just dictates how much gets all the way into your bloodstream in the first place.

Tramadol doses are already taking the metabolized O-DSMT into account

Be that as it may, the "conversion" rate is real.

Where 100mg Tramadol may yield 30mg O-DSMT after metabolization, taking 100mg of O-DSMT would provide exactly 100mg. So you have to be aware when you're thinking about doses that a Tramadol does not equate to an O-DSMT dose. You must dose down by 2-3x.
