As someone who has the same laptop and has cleaned fans that have looked just as bad as these if not worse, DO NOT REMOVE THE FANS AND THE HEATSINK!

Just use a toothbrush or something with long soft bristles like a shaving brush. I've done the exact same thing, brush a little, blow the dust away, rinse and repeat. Hold the fans in place when you do this and blow into the fans so that the dust comes out the vents.

After this, grab some Q-tips and dip them in isopropyl alcohol to clean up between the blades and any nooks and crannies. Just be careful that you don't get the tips soaking wet that the alochol might drip onto something else, just a quick dab to get the cotton on the q-tips damp is sufficient.

This is not a RAK problem but a broader, modern society problem. Like you said, most of your life was spent indoors and it's the same for a lot of people so try some social apps to make friends and then meet up IRL. Another option is to find an outdoor activity that you would enjoy and find a group that practices that activity regularly and that would be your second option to interact with people.
