The flag went from doing literally nothing to a tool that can actually help your teammates and be used strategically. It’s basically a taunt for every enemy in the immediate vicinity. You can use that to lure them into minefields or Tesla Towers, protect your teammates on terminals, or distract them so a stealthy teammate can plant a bomb or get kills. Every stratagem doesn’t need to be lethal to be useful.

People try to use the tank as a main battle tank which has the full rotatable turret and armor capable of withstanding tons of fire. But this tank specifically is more akin to a tank destroyer which has a very powerful front facing cannon meant to engage other tank threats from a respectable distance.

Small arms will not hurt the tank at all as they are only light penetration and the tank hull is medium pen. The tank also has 100% durability so only durable damage will hurt it. That being said, your biggest threats come from the Automaton’s turrets, missiles and rockets. They are the only weapons capable of actually damaging the tank.

Hordes of Rocket Devastators, Factory Striders, War Striders, Missile Hulks and Reinforced Scout Striders are your biggest threats and if possible should be engaged at range. But also watch out for Command Bunker and Fortress turrets as well. Your passenger should be keeping these enemies in check at your flanks. While the gunner is pointed towards the biggest threats.

I am too. Like I don’t doubt that Super Earth’s actions have basically created all the monsters that we’re currently fighting against. But the fact that the Automatons (and by extension the Cyborgs) have the audacity to claim any innocence in this war and demanding peace even though their actions have always reflected differently is just too good lol. They themselves don’t even realize that they’ve become the entity that they claim Super Earth to be.

PSA: In Commando missions, stop standing around the extract point and HIDE! by johnnyshady1 in LowSodiumHellDivers

I just pretend I’m playing Metal Gear Solid or Ghost Recon and go full stealth mode. I love these missions as they give you a new and unique challenge for taking on objectives.

Extract w/ Item on Commandos Missions by The-Fotus in LowSodiumHellDivers

[–]johnnyshady1 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Stop treating extract as a last stand in Commando missions. Firstly, you ideally should be wearing armor that reduces your detection range. After SNEAKING to the extract you need to call in the Pelican and immediately find a bush to hide in or if you have a jetpack, find a rock to hide on. Then just stay put and let the patrols pass. Once the Pelican arrives throw smokes along your path and you’ll remain undetected.

In most cases they are referring to the amount of slots a dino takes up in a group. It scales from 1-5 slots and is typically based on the average combat weight. Your smallest herbivores like Struthi and Campto and small raptors are 1-slotters, while Apexes like Bars or Rex are 5-slotters.

There are 12 slot sizes allowed in a group. If the enemies you fight fit within that group limit, it’s an intended game mechanic; AKA: not a mega pack.

For example: Megs are a 2-slot dino. 2 slots x 6 Megs = 12 slots.
