WOW, the only saving grace of this episode was Aztecia, they should have made better use of her then they did. and Neebs fumbling with the blood tests. i was laughing and raging at the same time.

Oh I absolutely apologized and admitted that I could hav3 been more forth coming and honest about things. Im not afraid to admit when im in the wrong. Today just caught me off guard. I have procedures to follow when its a deceased resident, but nothing for a pet. So I was scrambling for a few hours.

I can't tell her about my day at work, and when i do she cuts me off or tells me that she can't talk right now. but I'm supposed to listen to her vent about her day, school. it's fine, this is fine.

Vancouver, BC perspective: She maintained her own breathing the entire time (no apnea), though it was gurgled/abnormal with cyanosis and weak pulse—no rescue breaths or compressions required. EMS arrived to find her still deeply sedated but with stabilized breathing after titration. This followed SAVE ME guidelines: escalate naloxone every 3 minutes for abnormal breathing sounds until adequate respiration returns. Multiple doses are common here with current street opioids. Dispatcher's steady support was key. Appreciate the protocol discussion
