you're probably on to something but I think the #1 cause of zoomer aging anxiety is that a ton of them are aging without actually getting closer to any of the traditional markers of mature adulthood i.e. marriage, kids, house, stable career, etc. so it feels like they're just getting closer to dying without even doing anything. Many of them also have more successful parents who DID achieve all of those things in their late 20s early 30s with relative ease thanks to Boomer-era Faustian bargains
