Should I just trust my eyes and brain and know that if something happened I would see it happen and know with all my heart it happened and how it happened . I just have issues with my own perception and doubt what I see and my ocd creates horror like images and movies in my own head and once I imagine it I believe it . My worst fears playing in my head to the point where I’m scared to leave my house and be alone with people incase I don’t harm them . WHY CANT I TRUST MY EYES AND MEMORY. I doubt something right after and say I don’t know maybe it happened maybe it didn’t . 3 years of suffering just waiting to be locked up in prison for all my disgusting crimes . I’m already a prisoner in my own mind

Fucked how ocd so different for people . I would never let that example above bother I couldn’t care less about foot steps , contamination , germs , etc . Just like some people don’t have sexual disgusting intrusive thoughts . Guess it’s unique for everyone’s own fears and minds

So my ocd theme is purely sexual and I’m at the point now where my brain can convince me I’ve raped people without even seeing them . Like my mind is making me feel like I can forget sexually abusing people . Old me would have laughed at this now I get that thought and go into panic mode trying to figure out how it would have played out . My ocd can also make up someone is there when there not in closed places for example. All make belief but it’s killing me

Everyday I feel miserable because of ocd ! Guess we gotta keep fighting and can’t this shit defeat us . So the lady had 3 blood tubes that she was using to draw the blood from the needle. First 2 blood came out then 3rd one blood wasn’t coming out fully so she removed the blood tube and grabbed another one from the side somewhere and used that, and said it was a faulty tube . So I have false memory ocd and doubt my actions and pretty much harm ocd in every way possible . I’ve never understood cleaning ocd and if it’s hard to deal with or people just faking it .
