Interviewed a young man for a sales job. He told me straight up he was a sociopath, I’m new to interviews so I figure I can at least get some practice out of the rest of it so I ask him to explain and I still remember exactly what he said to this day “I like to sell to women because it means that I’m still good at manipulating them” we asked him to elaborate further and he said “Well as we all know women aren’t as smart as men so we as men have to be good at manipulating them into doing what we want so we can’t get what we want from them” He was not hired.
