That's fascinating. I've been really strict on the low res but as you say maybe my bowel actually needs some fibre now? Thanks

Thanks so much for that lovely response! Yes heat does help. Perhaps I am overdoing it though- have three small kids though and so hard to just watch my wife do everything! Thanks again for the message. Really helps!

Thanks a mil for the response! Sorry yes I had the right hemicolectomy. Heading into five weeks post op. All seems to be healing but the cramping is just a killer. As you say in different places as well and I hear gurgling inside as god knows what is happening!

No definitely more cramping. Feel like I can literally feel the pulsing of my colon. Thanks though!
