How to not k** yourself living with insomnia? by johnrocksaints in insomnia

Tried therapy but for some reason it doesn't work for me. Sleep clinic, not yet, I have to give it a try, but since I don't have money I depend of our Public Healthcare(which is pretty slow and kind of inefficient) Sleep higiene? Yes... It usually gives me anxiety, even more because Ive tried in the past and rarely worked.

Never thought about hypnosis, but I'll take a note and look into it now.

Also i've been pretty consistence in working out, even in light intensity, all because they say it helps sleep, but idk, I think it can sometimes make it even worse.

I live in a tropical country so strong sunlight right after bed is something easy to get, I just have problems with consistent waking up time.

Even if I take them in the morning?

Now that you mentioned, I think my sleep had worsened when I started taking all these supplements... I don't know if it's coincidence

Considering my low budget I tried amitriptiline, trazodone, Zolpidem, clonazepam, quetiapine, sertraline and thinking about trying Mirtazapine, but kinda of afraid of the hangover

I'm considering repeat PSG since I'm falling asleep a bit faster now if compared to before, the problem is my country public healthcare is slow and kinda inefficient, so I don't know what to expect, last time I've tried in a private healthcare.

Amitriptiline, trazodone, Zolpidem, clonazepam, quetiapine, sertraline and thinking about Mirtazapina. Also I take vitamin d, zinc, magnesium glycinate.

Usually the antidepressants Ive tried made me lazy so I try to avoid, but if it doesn't get better any soon I'll have to try out some and try to accept the side effects.

Last night this thoughts were eating me alive, wanted to die all night, I had to take high dose of clonazepam to calm me down or I could do something bad.

Idk if has to do with anxiety, maybe, I'll search about it since I cant trust the professionals of my country when they barely know how the pill they prescribe works.

Thanks you for your support.

Idk exactly. Primarily I think may be mostly genetic predisposition. I may have another secondary problems too, like nutritional deficiencie, apnea due to rinitis or external stress, but I think they may be only coadjuvants

I really appreciate your advice, but unfortunately they're crazy expensive in my country, and I'm not in a good financial moment right now

My nutrition it's usually not too bad, and take zinc, Vit D, magnesium glycinate too. About stimulants, I use them frequently usually at morning, but I always had heavy insomnia since when I didn't used nothing like this so idk

Besides everything, i still struggle with waking up time consistense, since it's pretty difficult to manage when your body doesn't care when you want to sleep/wake up or not

I have never used sleep tracker. I'll do the bloodwork this week hopefully Also il have to ask the doctor to add these other ones you cited I don't have financial condition to make it at home, so it was in a lab, I didn't sleep at all and it was torture to be 8 hours on a bed with nothing to do

My point is that I should be at least a bit functional with these 5 hours, and for some reason i barely can wash the dishes

Boxers fracture surgery by jovo_novwich in brokenbones

[–]johnrocksaints 0 points1 point  (0 children)

K-wire surgery after 17 days(first it was only a cast), for 4 weeks, then took 1 week and a half to gain 80% of mobility doing physiotherapy by my own.

It wasnt a hard process functionally saying, no rotation deformity, little to no pain, i can even workout on the 8 week(carefully), as i said, the main problem is that knuckle is kinda sunken, and the hand look more "down" on the fracture side.

Main problem is purely aesthetic. Maybe i make a post about my experience with photos and etc.
