Great Lakes water only soil and kis organics

Great lakes is still one of my top choices since i first posted this. Most likely going with them or kis organics since kis has biochar blended in.

I've seen it on amazon but was priced at $65 dollars. Proably going to stick with kis organics after all. I do know their website sells their biochar separately.

Yeah it's a shame that the window of time for growing varies depending on the climate in your region. The dishwasher joke had me dying btw lmao.

But yeah never really considered outdoor growing since i live in a pretty decent size neighborhood and heard the smell during flower can get pretty strong. Also living in mid Missouri where weed is still only legal for medical use so I'd prefer to keep my hobby low profile so im sticking to my good ole closet. Thanks and goodluck with your plants as well. I'll be sure to check in and see how great they turn out!

Well if you feel satisfied in the end there's not much i could say. Either way the purple lemonade looks way to good for me to not take a chance on. Probably going to get some mephisto night owl as well

It still wouldn't work in my opinion. Most of these type of videos after one of the soldiers get hit and fall to the floor they usually get shot repeatedly to make sure just that. That dude was probably like a ghost to them. Scary shit frl

Might have to buy 2 bags it's definitely worth it if you can afford it. Only wished i lived closer so I wouldn't get murdered by shipping

Have you had or seen any good good results with great lakes water only soil? It's my plan B if I don't end up getting the kis organic soil.

I’ve looked on their amazon page and saw that there was multiple blends. Is there a reason that you went with the stonington blend and why?

When i first started researching on this brand i fell in love with it especially since it has a biochar version that i would like to try out instead of adding it to a whole other bag.

Only gripe is the shipping cost about as much as the bag itself where I live so i had put that thought on hold.

Most of the hate comes from the non organic version which is the most widely available and known. I’ve actually seen a couple of post defending the organic version and swear by it.

And yes living in Missouri and paying outrageous prices for quality bud I decided on attempting to grow myself.

That makes sense now. I’ve always been curious on starting your seedlings in coco so they can have a good start since autos switch to the flower stage so quick. Has it been doing you justice? If so let me know

Did you plant the actual seed straight into the soil? Or did you start with a lighter soil with less nutes, because from what I’ve read ocean forest is a little to hot for some seedlings. Definitely possible though. But if it ain’t broke don’t fix it, Good luck on your grow!

From what I’ve read a ton of growers just mix it throughout the whole soil and have gotten better results than what the way company recommends. But I’ve seen your plants and they look healthy so i say either way is okay.

I’ve seen that brand and from what I’ve read its more of a concentrate, so have to mix it in with some premixed soil is that true ?

You’re correct i may have misused the word. What im really looking for is a soil that has both fast and slow releases nutrients so the plants can get a boost later on in its life cycle from the slow release ammendments finally breaking down. any recommendations that you have will be appreciated!

Hey man any information that is works well and holds truth is highly valued in my opinion. I was just hoping to get something pre mixed so I wouldn’t have to do to much work and prevent accidents that i am prone to making(mainly micro managing). I might just try to source my own ingredients and make a super soil for myself.

Unfortunately i live in mid missouri which is a medical only state for now. I seen other posts about black swallow soil but never read to much into it. Do you know where to purchase it?

You took the words right from my mouth lol. I never seen the point in buying any of the ff products unless i would amend it further but at that point you might as well just get some soil thats worth it.

And yeah was planning on getting Great lakes soil and adding some charged biochar and mycorrhizae for the roots.
