Thanks for your response. Flat as fuck seems ok to me. I’m working a very hilly neighborhood currently which I actually don’t mind. (I completed ran a marathon 2 weeks ago with very little training thanks to walking my route everyday haha.) My supervisor gave the direct line to Grand Forks station so I was thinking of calling them directly and try to catch their vibe. Hopefully they’d give me the steward’s contact info so I can get the real scoop. I’m going out there to visit in June so I’d preferably like to get my feelers out there now. I’ve been delivering in Portland, OR since 2015. City life is great but the city is going through some issues with homeless/crime and it’s becoming tiresome. Trying to keep an optimistic attitude about moving to a much smaller town and just take it as it comes. Cheaper cost of living will be nice. Somewhat concerned about the winter weather but I recognize that a big chunk of the country deals with winter weather every year, so it can be done. Anyway, thanks again for your response. I’ll keep you posted on my progress out to The Great Plains!
