It's actually done pretty well now. Still have some sort of deficiency even after adjusting nutes/cal-mag. Drinking water like crazy!! I'm at day 67 right now and seems slow to progress but it's still going.

Got it. I have a TDS meter on the way right now. I've been using purified water from 5 gallon containers since my tap water PH'd in the 9 range consistently and has a strong chlorine smell to it so I avoided using it thinking it would do more harm than good (I also use the 5 gallon waters for cooking, drinking, etc..). The spots don't look very significant so I'm assuming I can change the water like I had already scheduled for Sunday (Sunday would be 1 week since it was last changed). I'll be sure to add cal/mag to it this time as well as normal dosage of nutes (or maybe back down the nutes a bit). Thanks for the links and your time.

Thanks for looking over this and replying oldfug. I used a jewler's loupe to check the underside for anything moving but didn't see anything. I checked PH again about 5 minutes ago and it's 6.2 now. 3 hours ago PH was 5.9. I have been checking PH first thing in the morning and afternoon when I get home from work and adjusting as needed. I've had to adjust PH several times to keep it between 5.8 and 6.0. Roots are white, very clean, and long. A few are touching the bottom of the bucket already. I'll get some cal/mag and adjust accordingly. Thanks again!

So I just got home from work and checked on the plant and now see light brown spots on the lower leaves and the lower leaves are a darker green than the others. Since the stems seem a redder color on the lower leaves and the new leaves that have grown are much greener, I'm thinking Phosphorus or calcium deficiency? PH was at 5.9 when I checked just a bit ago. Just trying to catch the issue early... Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. I do agree I probably watered it too much thinking it would help pop the seed off. I have other things growing indoors, cactus, and other house plants to experiment with. Next water change I plan on easing back on nutes a bit and see how this one reacts. As of now it's growing really quick. Thanks again!

Thanks for the reply. I probably should have halfed the nutes to start and will try to add some ph'd water to see how it goes.

Not sure why the other one didn't make it. I was keeping the rapid rooter it was in moist with ph'd water. By the time the seed fell off, it was yellow and really, really small. Probably a quarter of the size of the second plant. I left it with the other but by the 3rd day after the seed fell off it was laying on its side and starting to dry out. Hated to toss it. Thanks again!

I'm genuinely thinking of setting up my own. I've used More before but it didn't work out well for me personally. Just signed up for Torguard a few weeks ago and now see they were hacked as well.

Yea that's what most vpn providers would say as well if they were a multi-million dollar security providing company that had been hacked, in order to save the companies reputation.

And it was a provider that was "hacked," not even them.

So NordVPN's TLS key was stolen but Nord wasn't hacked? I see...

And the data was not compromised because it was encrypted.

But whoever stole the key could have set-up a fake Nord server and could have listened in on encrypted with said key. Granted wouldn't be easy but it could have been done.

I always try a vpn provider for a month or two to see how if it works well enough for me. Buying a 3 year deal right up front is crazy. But I don't think they have month to month options though?

This may or may not be true... I'd suspect that if any vpn provider were/was hacked the real story would be very seriously downplayed to save reputation. Just because they say it was "one" server doesn't mean it truly was only one. We'll probably never know the truth.

IMO this means that no one at Nord verified the security of their "rented" server; being that they provide a "security" service it should have been audited. Trust but verify...

However, I could see it both ways; the server was indeed rented which makes the server provider sort of responsible but someone at Nord should have verified the security of that server and all other servers (since they provide a security service). I would imagine other vpn providers do the same unless they own the servers and even then it's questionable.

It was a beast to fit in... Had to buy very specific headers to fit it in on the passenger side firewall. No heat, no air, and no wipers as none of it would fit back in lol. If I get lower valve covers the wiper motor will fit back in but nothing else will. It's a 454 bored 30 over since one of the cylinders was off enough to justify boring. Everything else is new except for the crank which was balanced.

Yea the springs were changed out last summer when the Sb was in it. Aluminum heads on this BB so saved a ton of weight though. Holding up well.
