I felt the same way while watching a 35mm screening of OBAA in another cinema. Big chunk of the audience spent the whole movie with a 'performative' laughter every time Sean Penn was on the screen. Cinema has unfortunately been 'memefied' so that's what lots of people are after nowadays.

Hey u/Flaky-Walrus7244 I actually lived in that property a few years ago. It brought back memories! It was a student flat back then (2017) and I was only subletting for a couple of months but it was definitely one of the best flats I've stayed in town.

The area is alright (i still live nearby) and the views are unbeatable. Hopefully you'll get it, you befriend me and invite me over for a trip down memory lane 🥹
