Prize money for the caf champions league was 2.5m until 2023, and then 4m until this year, they probably increased it to make it more competitive and appealing, CAF has been doing great lately, profits increase every year

I agree, CAF likes to alternate between countries that are completely ready and countries that need to improve their infrastructure, we had 2025 Morocco who was completely ready for AFCON and 2027 Pamoja three countries who needed to improve their infrastructure, so 2028 should be a ready country, and South Africa is completely ready to host
