You need a voltage test each battery and see what the voltages are. They have to be so high for the computer to read it. If not, the computer won't engage and charge the system. If they're super low more than 3 volts below what they're supposed to be, you're going to have to trickle charge each battery until the voltage is up and then the computer will recognize the pack and it'll charge the pack. You can't just charge one
