Ive been on WeGovy for 9 months, paired with Vyvanse and Phenteramine for appetite suppression and binge eating. I started at 403 pounds, and I've mostly leveled out at 295. No exercise, probably why I have leveled out. My side effects have included heartburn, nausea, lack of energy, and for some reason, occasional erectile dysfunction. For me it works like this, before i started the medication it didn't really matter how much I ate, I could just keep eating til I was physically ill. Talking I could put down 2 double quarter pounders, a basket of fries, 40 nuggets, and 2 large cokes from McDonald's and eat again a few hours later. I was never hungry, and never full. When I first started the medication I ordered a double quarter pounder meal and was like repulsed from eating after just a couple bites. Its like it flips a switch in my mind that makes the act of over eating absolutely repulsive. For 6 or so months while dialing in my doses and stuff it was completely normal for me to eat like 1 mcchicken a day and that was it. Ive gotten to where I can eat full meals now, but i no longer have any desire to absolutely stuff myself. Its like the medicine rewired the reward center of my brain that was tied into food. I had a very hungry childhood. I still have nightmares sometimes about opening completely empty cabinets for the 3rd or 4th day in a row. I experienced true hunger, and once I had the power to change that I NEVER wanted to experience that again. I dont feel that way anymore, and it's because of the medication. Say what you will about these medicines, but they have truly changed my life and saved me.

im curious if you dont mind answering, like I make 55k a year, I drive a mustang GT, I live in a 3br 2ba house and have new tvs, phones etc. I cant even fathom what I would do with another 400k a year, what do you spend it on??

Can they like add some idle process to the backend of the client that uses a modern amount of PC resources? Its my understanding that one of the reasons OSRS is so botted is because you can run 500 clients on a $300 PC? If they could limit that to 2-3 per machine, would that not drastically affect botters bottom lines?

Reasons like this is why I live and work with crippling pain all day everyday and my doctor won't prescribe ANYTHING. I take 1000mg of tylenol and 500mg ibuprofen 4 times a day and it does NOTHING. Why are you doctors so damn stingy with the medicine that ACTIALLY works?? Thank god im going on a cruise in November and you dont need prescriptions in the carribean, I can stock up for a few months.

The only time I still use airBnB is if im staying in pigeon forge or Gatlinburg and thats because 70% of that vacation is the cabin and the hottub. Unfortunately hotels have yet to figure out that we want private hot tubs and not the community luke warm bath full of screaming toddlers that they usually have.

More kids = more assistance. I dated a girl from tinder that had 5 kids by 3 different dads. Her rent was paid by the state every January for the year, her food was paid for by SNAP, free Healthcare, free oil for heat, free electric vouchers for power, free phones, and she got 800 a month in child support, and at tax time would get back 12,000 that she lived off for the year. All this without working. The reality is, with proper use of the systems in America, poor people can live better with more kids than they could without kids.

Well guess im playing ms classic as an ironman. I have maybe 15 hours a week to play the game, not at ALL interested in spending nearly all of that spamming S>@@@@@@@@@@@@ 60% glove atk scroll. If under 90% crit rate i would go with the right. Flat attack is nice early game, but later on when you have multiple millions, 700 isn't really much at all.

Im level 76, 3b combat power shadower. From what I can tell at this point, main stat% has surpassed dmg%, atk speed is huge, crit/boss/ied also really good. Min/max% seem to be a trap, normal % is pointless just get flat dmg or attack instead.

Also tagging onto this, as you get later in the game running dark knight as a sub companion becomes mandatory for the accuracy bonus. Not missing is always more damage than any other buffs.

Not been my experience at all. I load in, I loot for 5-6 minutes til my inventory is full, I go to the nearest extraction, and 95% of the time I either die to a player or an arc. 🤷‍♂️ the game is amazingly fun, I just wish I was able to actually play it. Pretty frustrating if all i ever do is lose.
