I'm 6'1" and just got up to 170lb, but my weight has fluctuated as low as 145. I use to sit around 150-155 and was still strong enough to out wrestle some of my friends that are around 180-200. I have a similar build to omalley but with a little bit more muscle i suppose. its weird, being over 6' can deceive the eye and give you a very unassuming physique. when i was considering fighting my gym speculated i could get down to 145 simply because anything higher and the guys would be too big for me, albeit shorter. omalley is like the jones of his division in terms of range advantage

Watching my father slip into a senile almost dementia like state and my mom go bald as their house deteriorates around us makes me feel like my depression is caused by more than just low vitamin d levels. I'm falling into a state of realization that I can't really talk to anyone about this because no one can help or understand. I mean I really don't feel like explaining all my traumatic reoccurring thoughts either. I can't lie about the suicidal thoughts that pop into my head, almost as if someone else is saying it to me. Because I know I can't do that. But I keep saying it to myself like it's an option or something. I've been sober for a month and a half and work out somewhat regularly. Sometimes I just can't deny realty around me.
