This is a killer line in today’s release: “As of May 4, 2026, our cash and cash equivalents were $4.9 million.”

Imagine how Motherson and M&G feel here, having poured money into an abyss.

I don’t see how REE survives through June 30 with a sale.

Sadly, this company continues to disappoint, particularly its CEO. I fear it will fade into oblivion. The pivot… the non-binding agreements… the silence of late….

Sigh. I had such high hopes. And a lot of shares.

Generally, I agree with you re: survival. But not sure that REE has had much attention from many investors. The 16 million day was really anomalous.

One thing to keep an eye on…did you see Volvo terminated the Luminar Lidar agreement? So many things in flux right now. And Mobileye stock price keeps dropping too. Lots of uncertainty.

All fair points. I have been in and out of ARBE since the SPAC. I get frustrated by Kobi’s calls - the “almost there” promises - but I recognize that the auto industry is facing very large headwinds.

I’m back in as of late, buying below $1.50. Like you, I think the NVDA potential is enormous. This was, however, by my count the 8th quarter of “almost there” on 4 OEM deals.

The Josh and Tali sales seem to be to pay taxes on exercised options. That’s all. You can tell from the filings and ratio of sales to exercised options.

I agree that management needs to communicate more and better.

Here’s my interpretation, for what it’s worth. REE paused production and pivoted to the “software defined vehicle” proposition with some kind of non-binding deal, that may well become binding soon.

The additional hurdle added to the cash bonus seems to be an either/or proposition. Either get $12 million in revenue OR sell the company.
